The Signature Space

At the Pump House, the room guests talked about most was a corner of the front foyer: an antique table, a wall of cups, three sets of comfy chairs, a low light, a rocking chair with the morning paper laid out on it. Guests gathered there with a coffee before breakfast and did not want to leave.

A space like that speaks to the body. A tea atelier is warmth, ritual and low light, a place the body reads as stop here, you are safe. One room designed that way can become the reason a guest books, and, with the right offers inside it, the room that pays for itself.

How it runs

1. Book and pay in the workspace and answer a few questions; Svetlana sets the first of two 30-minute video sessions with you.
2. Session one, the start: the studio reads your property and your intention with you.
3. The studio designs the space: the design, the sourcing, the staging and the offers, the bulk of the work.
4. Session two, the handover: it is delivered, walked through with you, and filed in your workspace.
