A cabin with a history. A converted church, a lighthouse, an old stone house with a staircase people photograph. A guest books a place like this for its character, and the stay begins at the door: what the air smells of, where the light falls, what is waiting on the table. That arrival is what we design.
For this path we live in as your guests. Living in it is the method: we feel the arrival, the first morning, the walk to the coffee, the sound at night and the second day, because that is where the stay is decided. Then we build in place, and hand it back running.

How it runs
Your application: a few short questions about your property, most of them a tap.
If we are a fit, a call with Svetlana, to hear what you hope for and talk through the engagement.
Your proposal, two days after the call: the scope for your property, the dates and the fee, travel included.
When you are ready, a deposit of half the fee secures your dates, paid in your workspace; the proposal says when the rest is due.
Four to six weeks living in, from first understanding to handover.
